1. Open ais.osym.gov.tr yourself. Check that the address belongs to osym.gov.tr before entering credentials. Avoid sponsored or unofficial pages that offer to perform the search for a fee.
2. Sign in with your T.C. Kimlik No and aday şifresi. Do not send the password to a parent, tutor, print shop or anyone claiming that they need it to retrieve the document.
3. If the password fails, use the “Şifremi Unuttum” option in the official system. Password recovery belongs here, before the final evening—not after you have already traveled to the exam district. ÖSYM’s 2025 KPSS notices identified this option as the recovery route.[5][6]
4. Open the area for exam applications or documents and select the relevant 2026 KPSS Lisans session. If no entry-document option appears, return to ÖSYM’s KPSS announcement page and verify whether the 2026 release has actually been announced.
5. Open or download the sınava giriş belgesi. Confirm that it belongs to you and to the correct session before doing anything else.
6. Inspect the assigned exam building and hall shown on the document. These details determine where you must report; an application confirmation or calendar entry does not supply the assignment.

Those hours are useful for understanding how the fallback operated, but they are only a 2025 precedent. Do not plan September 6, 2026 around a presumed 10:00 cutoff or 07:00 office opening until ÖSYM publishes the 2026 rules and the list of offices, if any, that will be open. Even when a temporary-ID arrangement is announced, it should be treated as an emergency route rather than an ordinary exam-morning errand.

If an unsolicited site asks for payment or your candidate password to “confirm” the building assignment, close it and return to AİS.
